I graduated from Martin Luther College in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science in Education degree. I taught 6th grade at Trinity-St. Luke’s in Watertown, WI for 1 year. My husband and I moved to San Antonio, TX where I taught preschool and kindergarten for 4 years. We then moved to Lake Mills, WI and I taught kindergarten at Zion Lutheran School in Columbus, WI for 11 years.
We moved to Tacoma, WA in 2015 and I have been teaching kindergarten and 1st grade at Lakewood Lutheran until the present. I am married to Theodore Klug. We have been married for 20 years. We adopted our oldest daughter in February 2008. The Lord then blessed us with another child in August of 2017. Our family loves to travel together. We enjoy seeing new places and experiencing different cultures. I love teaching at Lakewood Lutheran. The faculty is so caring and supportive. It has a family-centered atmosphere. The teachers will go above and beyond in order to help every child be successful.
