Our curriculum provides a sound basis of education from a Christian perspective. All subjects prescribed by the State Board of Education are taught with educational standards that exceed local, state, and federal guidelines for public schools.
It is important to remember that in a Lutheran school all education is Christ-centered. The fundamental concepts to be taught, the methods used, and the skills, attitudes, and habits which result, find basis in the Word of God, which reveals Jesus Christ, His Son, as our Lord and Savior.
Language arts subjects are taught from a phonetic approach, stressing proper English grammar and use of vocabulary.
We use traditional methods in teaching math.
